❤BBcode Tutorial!❤

So, In case you didn't know, forums have a code which everything goes by.

It’s called BBcode (Bulletin Board Code)

Basically you type and it will put it in some sort of square bracket ([text]) and that will change what is inside. Planet Minecraft does NOT have BBcode format (at least not on creating a blog)

So, let’s start off with a quick link that may help you colourize your text, and even add “Gradiential” colourization to it.
It’s by a guy called David. And he has a website called “Stuff By David” (Duh) and in that he makes software that is free to download. The BBcode text colourizer is very straight forward and easy to use. You don’t even need to download it!

Quick Note: This is only for colourizing text, NOT images. I will get round to images in a minute.

So, if you do NOT want to use this, you can just manually type it.
For the sake of this, I'm going to use the Minecraft Server "Skyrim Craft's" Forum as it uses BBcode (It's an Enjin based website)
NOTE: THIS IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED BY THEM, THIS IS PURELY AN EXAMPLE

Changing The Size Of The Text:
So, if you want to change the SIZE of the text, you will need to type the following. TEXT HERE will be where you will type the text you want in.

Tiny Text (This is tiny text):
TEXT HERE

To make it bigger change the number "1" into a bigger number. The size only goes up to "Huge" which is integer "6"

INSERTING IMAGES
IMAGE HERE will represent where you need to put the image. You will need to put the full image link. imgur is what I recommend: www.imgur.com

EMOJIS
Emojis are fairly simple. You just put the face. The emojis look quite strange if I'm 100% honest.

GRADIENTIAL TEXT
Gradiential text is very complex. I'd recommend using the Colourizer by "Stuff By David" for this. The link was back near the start, but if you can't remember or can't find it, the link is: www.stuffbydavid.com/textcolorizer
But, if you want to do it by scratch, it will take quite a while.
I'll do a Green to Red gradient
Each letter has to be coded individually, that's why Gradiential Text is so complex and time consuming

Anyway guys, that's just about it. Most forums will have buttons to press where it automatically adds in the things in brackets, but if not, or you just want to learn it, that's how you do it!
