There are some downtimes I get when running my server when only 10 people are on. I hate it when one person comes on and asks for OP. First of all I, myself, dont have OP. NO ONE has OP on my server not even me. I just have a bunch a permissions. And if they dont get OP. They leave. It makes me want to kick a wall how stupid people can be. "Yeah Im going to give you OP on my server you barely spent 5 seconds on so you can do /stop and screw it up". Makes perfect sense.
When people ask for ranks. "Hbevanjax, may I have a rank?" x22 every 3 minutes. NO NO NO NO NO. /mute (player) 10 years. SO ANNOYING! I don't have a problem if I can't get alot of players on my server. I only care about if they are having fun or not. Isn't that what Minecraft is about? I just need donations to keep the server running. "Hbevanjax If I advertise on 69 servers may i has a rank?" NOO.
Also those ********** who come on your server just to judge your plugins. "WOOOOW, you use groupmanager you are a complete and total noob." Does it really matter if I use PEX or not? Group manager isnt for noobs. I think its very simple and easy to set up. Pex to me is difficult. Some really big servers use GroupManager too.

Well yeah that was my experience..on the first day -.-
