Its my BIRTHDAY!!!

..and what a present for Mojang to give me. Thank you Notch, thank you Jeb, and everyone else of team Mojang!

This is the best version of Minecraft I've ever played. I downloaded the pre-releases, both of them, and played just enough to check them out. Find an endermen, walk into an abandoned mine, look around for a stronghold - and not find one. But now that the Full version is out, I'm playing for real, from the beginning, Survival mode with all of the bells and whistles. There are all of the features we've known about for weeks, hunger bar, new food types, added biomes. However, there's more that has been done to the game behind the scenes.

Jeb, you've done great taking care of the bugs. So far, I've had no problems playing at all. Single player survival works great. Also, for anyone who hasn't noticed, ores are easier to find now, and if you find them they're in bigger deposits. This includes Lapis which I just found. Usually the Lapis I find comes in deposits of about 2, and I just found one in a cave that had four blocks. The Iron and Coal which I am frequently running into is wonderfully plentiful, each deposit is significantly larger than in Beta 1.7.

I'm very happy with the update, to anyone who reads this, I've found no bugs as of yet, although I'm sure there are some. However, I strongly recommend you update your minecraft and start playing Beta 1.8!
