They really need to change that, it sounds very stalker-ish.
P.S.
im doing art for my characters in a book im starting, you know to get a good.. "feel" for them, like their personallity and etc, also the style. im stumped for a girl. she's called Ailaka, or "Aila" (pernounced ayla) and i dont know what she should wear or hair color... if you can, toss some suggestions my way! :D also the stories kind of in a midieval setting.
