Step 1: Make it Original
If you are making a skin, it should
be original. If somebody posts a vampire
skin, you might think it's cool. If you like
it, that's fine. Don't go and make a vampire
skin exactly like it though.

Step 2: Credit
This is probably going to be in almost
When Making.... blog. It is important
to credit somebody when making
anything. If you don't, you will most
likely be caught and reported,
and your skin will probably be
removed from PMC.

Step 3: Shading
The best way to make a
skin that will be popular,
you should give it detail, or
shade it. Don't use too much,
though. It'll look ridiculous.

Step 4: Take Suggestions/Advertising
If you have no skin ideas, don't
wing it. Post it on the forums
that you will be making custom
skins. Don't spam it though, that
will be removed and possibly
give you a temporary-ban.
