Bow Animation

We have adjusted to the new bow style since 1.8.1 but what I don't understand is the charging animation. When you see it in first person it is vertically straight but when in 3rd person you hold it at an angle. So I would like any mod maker out there to see if they can change the animation of the 1st person view where the bow is at an angle when you are pulling back the arrow?
