Broken Bukkit Server

HEy guys I just made a minecraft bukkit 1.4.4 server, I then updated it now says cant reach server even though i started it with star.server_command or whatever its called. Please help I really need this. Also Im gonna take my chances and advertise my server. Its a n Assassins Creed 3 RPG server you could be auto whitelisted and pick any class you want if you are the first one to help me, or you could just help me out and be a moderator, if you are moderator you can also be a regular player too. Further information will be sent to the one that helps me. If someone helps me I will be able to create a server post.
