Builder's Block

I find myself in the most particular dilemma, and I need to get this out.

Fellow builders, have you ever reached a point where you just suddenly find yourself in a spot where you feel like NOTHING is getting done? This is happening to me right now. I have several projects underway, and all these good ideas, but whenever I try to get working on one of them... it just repeatedly doesnt seem to work the right way, or I suddenly find myself lacking in the vision that I had for the idea.

Im pretty sure this is what one might call "Builder's Block." It's like writer's block. Your mind just gets so overwhelmed with stuff that you cant focus or think straight on anything.

So my question to my friends online here is: Have you ever had this happen to you? And if so, what did you do to make it better?

Hopefully my head will clear up soon.

Rova, what i do is take a small break from minecraft and focus on other things. go to the park, play in the snow, or just take a nap. I personally like to nap.

Those are all very good suggestions. Im going out for dinner tonight, so maybe that'll help. I'll take a nap after dinner too :)

yeah me too. i want to do so much at the same time that i don't even know eat to do. to fix my problems a find someone to record me making pixel art time lapses. and i do them all very fast and i like my work XD

He's sort of right, because I find that when i build too much I really want to blow something up.

definitely, I find it happens to me when i try to undertake a project that is too big, it's the reason I like to build with a landscape instead of a flat land, the landscape inspires me in ways a featureless flatland could never do. One of the things I never have builders block with is airships, I enjoy doing them so much as each one is different and an experiment, I think sometimes it's best to go with the flow and throw the plans out the window :P
