Install bungeecord.jar on your server,it dosnt need to be big specs you can use only 256 mb of RAM to run it.

Start the server and then type 'end' in the console to stop bungeecord.

After this go to the folder of that server and go into the config and add all your servers you have in the servers section and set the host to the IP of the bungeecord server including the port.

After this you need to go to the bukkit.yml of each of the two servers and set the connection-throttle to -1 and then go to the server.properties and set online mode to false.

After doing this install the plugin 'onlyproxyjoin' (dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/onlyproxyjoin) to all your servers.

In the config of each for onlyproxyjoin, enter the IP of your bungeecord server. This ensures people can only join via your bungeecord and not directly to your server as they are all in offline mode, Bungeecord is what verifies players have premium minecraft accounts and are logged in.

Finally turn your bungeecord on and log in using that IP
