Changing Name Feature

I know of a lot of people who would like to change their Minecraft name. I would like to give the chance of changing your name.

-Original Name reserved for you, just in case you don't like new name.
-List on Minecraft.net with names you have used for easy selection.
-Recommendations, if you want to change but don't know what to change it into.
-Once a name is used it is reserved until person changes, only Original stays reserved forever.

This isn't much, but this is the type of system I thought of that might work.
Obviously I didn't list the negatives, but everyone can see some type of negative (hopefully)
