Okay, so for the past hour I've been going through the skin submissions for the steampunk skin contest, and noted that about at LEAST 1/4TH of them is not within contest rules. Lots of skins are just reposts, made with skincraft or another prefab skin editor, etc. It pisses me off. ):

I saw a guy posting a cyborg, that if anything is cyberpunk and not steampunk. Anyway didnt even had any elements of the SP style.
