What can I do on a server?
All these positives and negatives are all from old server experience. I got feedback from players. These are completely honest and none have been made up.

Positives:
- Voxel Sniper is my main factor and the main plugin I can use really well. I can terraform, create mountains, and smoothen out terrain with ease. These are one of my minecraft factors that my friends and I pride myself about.
- World Edit is one of the simple yet ok plugins I can handle. I can do basic tasks, but terraforming? Leave that to Voxel Sniper.
- World Guard. Once again, I know the basics, of world guard. Protecting structures, setting owners, parents. Simple basic WorldGuard I can handle.
- My building skills aren't great but they are ok I guess. Large scale buildings, I tend to use WorldEdit and edit it from that. Small structures, I build by hand.
- I pride myself in my creativity. If you read on below. About my history of admining. The ideas for the server "Fuschia Networks", mainly came from me. Storyline is from a good friend of mine. And the server is from another best friend of mine. My creativity does have limits, but I don't think I have reached them yet. There are sometimes in the server, or in life, that I do get a blocked mind, I can't seem to think about anything else. That is one problem of mine, but, apart from that. Creativity, like everyone, has no limits.
- Players think i'm friendly. As when admining, I love to help, new players, old players, even admins. I love to help out. Thats one thing I love to do one a server. There is this satisfaction with helping someone out, In real life or in Minecraft. I try to make new/old players have the best minecraft experience as possible. I like to make friends with everyone on the server. Get closer to them, and understand how to make them happy, and how to fix some problems.
- I'm not that strict. No matter if the players is bad or good. I try to talk with him/her in a positive manner. I rarely shout and get mad.
- Honesty. If I do muck up. I don't blame anyone, BrotherBear or not, I still tell the truth. I don't like to lie to other admins or players on the server. It just does not feel right. Sooner, when people find out, they won't trust you anymore. And admining career = KABOOM!
- Feelings. What ever happens out of the server, personal things, issues with family/friends/school. I won't get into the server. What ever happens outside, stay's outside. If for any reason, most likely personal issues, and I am unable to go on the server, for no matter how long a period of time. I will try to contact other admins, tell them whats wrong. I won't suddenly not go on the server for a period of time, without notice. Unless, it is an emergency. If so, then I apologise.
- Dedication. When i'm in a server, I am dedicated. I don't like to join other servers at this point. Feels like betrayal. I will try to go on as much as possible. In school, in between homework etc. If I have spare time. I will try my best to be on. With the exceptions of tutoring and when i'm sleeping.

Negatives:
- Temper. I do sometimes lose my temper, but very rarely. Only if players deliberately try to piss me off with everything they have. Nonetheless, I still don't swear. This I can control. This also used relates to my out of minecraft world. But, as I said before. I stopped that, and keep my personal issues OUT of minecraft.
- Control Freak. This is one thing I truly hate about myself. There are sometimes, that I, sort of want things my way. However, I will and I mean WILL, control that. I'm trying to be more open, accept other peoples ideas. While, softly adding my own. As in, elaborating on someones idea, or adding to it. (:

Working Hours:
First of all, I'm in Hong Kong. Living in Hong Kong.
GMT +8 Hours.

I'm still in secondary school/high school.
My school lasts for 6 hours, not including trips from school. Which is probably 30 minutes.
I have tutoring on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Also, I try my best to go online on Saturdays and Sundays, however, parents don't really like it when i'm at home all day long.

Admins: I do sleep late, so, yea. :)

Admin History:
I don't really have much of a history of admining. Although, I do have quite a good range of plugin usage and server work. I used to work in MeneXia's Server. This awesome private server. In the server, I didn't really have a main job. However, I would count myself as the person who takes care of problem in server. I take in players feelings and I see what I can do to help. If it goes into personal issues, I try my best not to interfere. If not, then, i'm the terraformer. I love to VoxelSnipe. It's so much fun. I am willing to teach how to use it, as well as use it well.

There was this dream that I had. I had this dream with two friends. Two best friends. We had this dream of opening a server. 'Fuschia Networks'. It would be massive. RPG, Economics, Factions, everything. It would have been great fun. Personalized plugins by MeneXia, story plan and texture pack by andreab97. It would be awesome. Rest of the designs, apart of the texture pack, was designed by me. :) There would be different cities. However, due to personal issues, relationship issues, family issues, and school issues. This great idea was postponed, then cancelled. However, I don't want these idea's to go to waste, so i'm here now, to look for a server, which, where I can share my ideas, to make a server, possibly great.

I still have the unfinished plan. And, I would like to repeat, this is unfinished. The link will be in the bottom of the post. Feel free to take ideas from the plan, but truthfully, I would like to have a bit of credit. :) Please?
The plan here is the cities plan, the other plans such as plugins, economics are private and only work with the personalized plugins that MeneXia has produced. However, I would love to go on the server, and share some of my ideas with you admins :)
