The CraftBukkit Development for version 1.3.1-R0.1 is very bad at this time, I am speaking about build #2281. It lag's a lot when running this for a server. People are glitching and other thing's like that. I suggest if you're going to run a popular server do not run it at this time. Wait till the official build/version is out.
