Creative Vs Survival

Which one do you like better? Creative or Survival. I own a server and there has been many conflicts with this issue its self. Sometimes we have those Hardcore builders and then we have people that just love playing legit. I have made a compromise and put in both but creative just for a certain faction. But more that I think about it I don't want both. To many people fight over it cause the faction leader won't let them in the faction or the legit players say that we shouldn't even have creative. I stand neutral in this situation but I figured I'll let the PlanetMinecraft Community choose for this server.
