Browsing around PMC, I notice things that shouldn't be there. They are called 'spam posts' and 'Quid pro Quo' comments, and general garbage that is permeating the very fabric of this great community.
The main place most garbage posts are seen is in the Articles, Tutorials, or Other sections of the Blog tab. Here is an example of Quid pro Quo comments:

Because I get inactive for periods of time, and if they are relying on me to do their GIFS because I was the only one, and I didn't want to do that to you guys! and I already did!

Here is some MORE, but this is a blog post title:

So, there's that point covered.
Then there are the spammers, who spam this FREE MINECRAFT GIFTCODE garbage that I've seen around a lot on Comments and even some BLOGS. The people who made the post that it's being posted on don't even bother to delete it.
And then there's the point I have heard already, which is posting bad projects and bad blogs and silly blogs and server advert blogs and so on and so forth. THE FORUMS ARE FOR POSTING SERVER ADS, or the Server Chat Room, or even POST THEM on the SERVER REEL. I know that most of the people who do that are probably kids, but even so, it shouldn't be happening.
The most likely place, like I said above, to find a junk post is in Articles, or Others. Articles posts have only 4 posts showing, and lots of people post to articles, therefore shoving some good and useful blogs downwards, out of sight. In Others, you find stuff that doesn't really relate to anything (that's why it's called the Others section I guess....).
And so, I case my point. There are a lot of good projects/posts/skins/etc. out there! Some were noticed early on [in the website's history] and became very popular. Now, posts/projects/etc. that are good are sometimes simply crushed by the DELUGE of garbage that is brought to PMC.
This is probably not going to be a popular post, as it is a bit controversial, but I wanted to get it out there (and I know others have before).
