Hey guys! For all those who don't ever go on the forums, (like I used to be,) I'm making a custom account photo shop for all those who don't have one or want ta new one. There won't be any effects like the ones above unless you ask for it.
To request a photo use this application form:
Skin: (can be URL or attached photo)
Background: (will chose one for you if none is given, transparency is allowed)
Effect: None, negative, painting, "chalk and charcoal," emboss, line thing seen above

And instead of the diamond sword and the background and stuff can you just make it EXCACTLY like your PMC Profile Picture with the grey background except with that skin?
