Some of them have commands that correspond to certain versions, such as the diamond armor spoilers have a 1.8 and a 1.9 variation of the command.
These took a while to create, you can change the level of the enchantments by looking for their ids' and changing the 'lvl' after it. (ex. {id:16,lvl:999999})
I might add to this, so don't think i'm going to leave it at that.
