Death Follows
I like to think I’m normal
And I must admit, I’ve tried
Yet when I’m looking back on life
And looking deep inside
I’ve just begun to realize
How much I’ve nearly died
It started oh so long ago
The day that I was born
When then some random doctor guy
Looked on my head in scorn
He looked up to my parents
With a sadness in his eyes
And with a voice quite dull he said
“This is the one who dies”
“For this scar warns of cancer”
“And this face here screams of worse”
“Yes I foretell, and I know well, he’ll end up in a hearse.”
Well I’ve avoided cancer
And I’d like to say I’m free
But seems a life of luxury
Was not the life for me
For since, I’ve broken many bones
And busted many knees
And while I’m proud I’m not the type for falling out of trees
I must admit, my greatest fault?
It’s simply allergies.
For though I’ve fled from burning and I’ve run through many storms
I simply say, on ended day, a poison never warns.
So there I say my troubles
And I’ve given only few
But that is why
In tongues of rhyme
I’m not the same as you.

I mean the poem, not the events it describes.
is it about you?
ITS ALL TRUE
AND I LEFT STUFF OUT RAE
I LEFT STUFF OUT
me over here having never broken a bone or had any other major injury/sickness
most of the stuff that happened to me was totally out of my control lol
im not exactly the type of guy to get into dangerous situations
HOWEVER
I AM THE GUY WHO COMEDICALLY CAN SURVIVE ANYTHING
so I hardly realized HOW MANY NEAR DEATH OR WEIRD MEDICAL RELATED EXPERIENCES I’ve even had till just recently lol
just assumed stuff was normal
sometime I should tell you about the day I woke up without the use of my legs lol that’s a great story but I’m tired lol
