Developer For New Server Needed

Hello my name is Alfie, im gonna be making a fraction server, with 2gb memory and 48 slots, i plan to make it the best fraction server anyone has ever played on, and so on, but i need a developers help, i will be buying the server on the 13-15th depending how things go along, the launch of it will be on the 20-25th, and if the server becomes wild and we start getting to many people we start upgrading so more memory and more slots, and if it becomes like imagine one of the best servers there is, we start to add more worlds, like for example, we would have the fraction world, the economy world and maybe a creative world and people get to choose what they want to do on the server and what they choose on donating for, so to get all of this to work i need a developer, i might pay monthly on depending how good you do the job and what i ask you to do, i will be asking for quite a lot of things so if your already a developer in another server don't ask to be my developer.
