Epic Fail #2 - Digging Down

Recapping on my latest adventure (The Enderman) I spawned in my bed because I died, and because of that idiotic event I vow never to get lost by placing mushrooms where-ever I go. So anyway I decided to get some of my old stone tools that I had in my chest and went mining for iron. I got my stone I made some iron tools (I also always have spare tools if they run out) . I went back to mining when I reached DIAMOND!!! I got the Diamond when I realised that there was some diamond right below me. I decided to take it (of course) and before I knew it I fell into LAVA. I LOST my diamond!!! Oh why cruel world!!! Now I will rage on some trees and hopless mobs....

Moral: NEVER dig down or up.
