Exploding arrows!!

Okay, im currently making an exploding arrows mod(Wich can be toggle by pressing up arrow)
But i need to know, how big the explosion should be?
Also, do i draw any text on the screen( Like exploding arrows enabled or Exploding arrows on)
Post here, I will release it today, so i need to know before i release.

I move with wasd, i always have put menu key on that up arrow (On my hacked clients)
So i am sorry, to use this mod, you need to use wasd.

It must be on top left on the screen (, 2, 2)
else the position changes when u change to fullscreen and back.
Or maybe there is a way, but my way doesn't work like that. So it is in the top left corner.

And do i draw rectangle under the text or something? I need ideas before i start making this.
Also explosion that is 2 blocks long? I was thinking about 5

The explosion should be 2 blocks long. And it should say "Exploding arrows enabled"
