faction staff needed

ok so we have a faction on a server called awsomecraft the server is as it says in its name there is a shop and economy but we need people to join our faction. we are called madhatterz and we have premade houses so you dont need to make a house
the server address is : 69.65.15.106
its really fun we have a mine and shops although the sky village is an on going project
