Fake texture pack

Is anyone else sick of seeing this fake texture pack? It is annoying to older members and discouraging to new members who click the link and are sent on a never ending survey path. There has to be a way to stop this from surfacing every couple weeks, maybe blocking the IP adresses or not allowing the upload by identifying the pics beforehand. At any rate it annoys me that one bad apple may be spoiling the bunch by giving new members the idea that the quality of Planet Minecraft is lacking or not moderated properly when it is probably just one guy whose mommy didn't hug him enough or Daddy won't give him the 20 bucks for a copy of Minecraft
