Texture pack!

Hey guys! I'm Making a RP server that will be released soon and I need someone to make a texture pack that everone could use while were role playing!
I would like it to be like Quandary but doesn't have to be.
If/When you come to the armor can you make the leather armor something a theif would wear? ( Black mask )
Make the stick look like a wand (not a magicians wand but an old time medival wizard wand)
Make the wood sword look like a staff...
Thats all i ask to be in the texture pack thanks guys ;)
