Finally did it.

Okay, so my major issue with Minecraft was simple: if I put the game on easy and so much as stepped outside, I would die. It wasn't a question of "if," it was a question of "when."

So needless to say, the game wasn't as fun as I would've liked it to be. And with all the laggy problems my computer's been having, I didn't have the patience for mining.

But yesterday, I finally hunkered down and mined for diamond. And after getting significantly lost (because, well, I just have a crap sense of direction in caverns), I found it. And I still had an iron pickaxe to mine it with.

I nearly died multiple times getting out of the mine (because lava, lava EVERYWHERE) but I didn't, and now I have 8 diamonds in my new chest closet room thing in my house. (My house is built into the side of a mountain so any expansion I do is kind of a big deal for me.)

So yeah. Here's my pointless noob-ish post.

I'm gonna go watch some Achievement Hunter videos before turning on some music and trying to expand my house some more. :)
