first mod idea. MODDERS NEEDED

Im trying to get programers to make a huge mod pack. I had to post here cause i couldn't post the mod idea in the mod section. The whole mod concept is listed below. If you can help, I would be very greatful. Thanks in advance.

Villagers can be infected by zombies if attacked, will attack
other villagers under any circumstance.
Zombies break glass.
New game mode: Zombie survival. Only mobs that spawn are:
Cows, Zombies, pigs and NPCs.
New NPCs: Surgeon. heals NPCs and/or disinfects them.
Thief. Steals from chests.
Knight. attacks zombies when spotted.
NPCs have advanced AI. If in danger, will take out closest
weapon. (in chest or ground) They can also use ladders.
NPCs sleep, eat and punch enemies. They can trade with you,
buy things (using gold).
Obsidian rods. (obsidian in a stack of three) Used to craft
obsidian spear. (obsidian rod in a stack of three)
Slimes dont spawn on flatlands.
Flatlands are higher.
Handheld torch. Walking around with a light source. same
light radius as a placed torch.
Iron golems have GUI.Can change what they kill.
Kings. Command legions (5 x 5 square of knights)
Moths. Small ambient mobs that linger around light sources.
(glowstone, torches, etc)
Pipes and pumps. Pumps take in water and push water
through pipes. Pipes move water through them. If
a pipe is left open at the end they will release the water.
Pumps are powered by redstone, buttons or levers.
Graveyards. Small component to NPC villages. Spawn zombies
and ghosts
Ghosts. Passive mobs that populate grave yards. Transparent.
Ender men drop obsidian. (rare)
On zombie survival mode, Zombies dont burn in daylight. The NPCs
Wield weapons by default and there are three types of zombies.
Normal. Default zombie
NPC infected. The outcome of an attacked NPC
Slow/strong. That sums it up.
fast/weak. You get the idea.
The obsidian rods can be crafted into an super arrow.
(feather, obsidian rod and diamond. same pattern as arrow)
