The server I play on is hosted by SubZero servers. They've been extremely reliable, and helpful in any tight spots. I highly suggest them, but that's my opinion. www.subzeroserver.net should you require more information.

Alright, I cant really help you though, I recommend Admix Hosting if you are willing to purchase a US server. Google them.

What is the difference between countries? And if i purchase that will i be able to play on it?

The difference is only this; the closer you are to the location of the data centre, the more likely its going to be to have no lag. For example, a server hosted in sweden, versus a server hosted in Australia, for YOU, would make the sweden server, a lot less laggy. As the data centre is located closer to you.

If you go for a US host, you would more than likely experience no lag. Try out a few American servers and see if they are laggy for you, if the're not. I would go for them.

Otherwise try and locate a server host which is based in Sweden, google 'Minecraft server hosts in Sweden', im sure you will find some.
