Griefing: Some hate, Some love but we do all hate it getting done to us. But when we do it to others we just laugh and say "SUCKER!". But it getting done to us we think of it as: "THIS IS JUST WRONG WHY DO THIS TO ME!". Servers: Servers don't allow us to do this even if it is in the rules, no one abides by those rules though. All servers, admins, moderators and more try and stop this happening. But all the time no one can find actually who did it. So I hope the Minecraft public can pass this legislation, and come to a compromise: "Say No To The Flow Of Griefing".
