why shouldn't minecraft have a simple uncostly way to repair your items? of course, they already have an anvil but do you know how much iron that needs! a grindstone could be as simple as a piece of sandstone over a stick over a stone pressure plate and voila, a grindstone! also, why on earth is diamond blue!? why cant they have diamond as clear looking ore that is used to make weapons/tools better. then then could add a new ore called steel or titanium and make those textures to look like iron armor/tools/weapons and make iron tools/weapons/armor the same brownish color as the ore! much more realistic! !
