Help with a server!?!?!?!!?!

So i am renting a server, it's a faction,pvp, raiding server. I am trying to get people on but they don't stay, I see other servers with worse spawns than mine but a lot of people :P Just wanted to know if anyone wanted to try it out and see what you think, maybe even play it or tell me what i am doing wrong :)

Just op me, IGN kmoore197 i owned servers before. they were very
successful. if its ok could we restart map and all staff and stuff like
that? would help :)

Why should i just OP you straight away?
Why should a map be restarted..?

are you shure that's the ip, I added the server and it said can't resolve hostname
