HELP WITH SERVER PLUGINS

HELP! WHen I download this plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skywars-plugin/ and upload it to my server plugins folder (I use Beastnode multicraft), then restart my server my server COMPLETELY ignors the plugin. NO error messages at all. Please help because I really want to setupskywars on my server. If you need anything just ask me and i can provide it. Also note:YOU can speak programming to me as i know batch, applescript,ruby,python and java ( enough to recconize what comamnds do ).
