Need help with server? Just read this and message me

I am looking for a server that is still in beta that needs a bit of work before it goes public or launches.

Leadership experience: I was a moderator on a pretty full server that had about 60 people on at a time for 4 months. i am no longer a mod on this server as it crashed only a few weeks ago. I am currently working on another beta server helping build up town markets the spawn and several more ideas to make the server more attractive.

What i bring to the table: I have been playing minecraft for 6 months and bring a very good understanding of everything minecraft related and i know how to do almost everything in the game. I also love to build, mine, explore and much more. On another server me and another minecraft friend are building several projects such as big houses, mansions, castles, docks, and wool statues.

What i am asking for: I am asking for any position (preferably admin mod or any staff position) that i can help improve a server anyway i can. no matter what it is. For instance helping someone design a house to making the spawn or clearing an area for a town. Whatever you have for me to do i am not only willing to do it but i like to do it and strive to do my best work on it. I also devote myself to being on the servers as much as people and changing my personal schedule to be on for big events or times i am needed.

What i look for the server to include: I am looking for a fun server (preferably with towny or nations) i don't want to join if it is creative as i like to challenge myself to do the best i can by getting all my own materials. I dont care if it is pvp or not as i can adjust to the settings. i would like a server that is new and unheard of before to help make it however the owner wants it. I can help make it big and popular or maybe just keep it small and simple with few people. I do not care about what mobs or plugins are used in the server as they all make the game better.
