download the java sdk and sde - http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index-jsp-138363.html#javasejdk (i would download the java 6 one because most people will still have java 6) then download MCP: http://mcp.ocean-labs.de/index.php/MCP_Releases#MCP_4.x_2 then watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zq85Rcw-Kk0&feature=channel_video_title
