Old news, but still news, Notch Tweeted a picture of "fan mail" sent in from the creator of Potion Craft. Let's call him Don, The Delirious Dumbass.
So Don here said Notch was ripping off of mods and not giving the creators credit:



The picture is titled: "This guy is a loser..".
Not only is he a loser, but also stupid.

Now, I can't say anything about Potion Craft or his "four games", because when I Google'd it, all I could find was the commotion going on with Don and Notch. However, I can talk about Don's complaints and claiming Notch is plagiarizing mods. First thing I thought when I saw potions was not mods, but Terraria, and MC's potions are far different from Terraria's.

First thing said by Don besides about his mod was "there is no need for ender eyes". I highly disagree. Me, and I'm sure many others want a good challenge and a boss mob. It is also nothing like the Aether. Just because there are floating islands does not in anyway mean it's "a cheap ripoff".
Another example of "similar thing = ripoff, no matter what the purpose" is claiming cauldrons are from BTW. Oh, so LoTR is stealing from marriage because it involves rings? And the Nether is ripping off of hell because it includes fire and lava? Or how about Portal ripping off of Terminator because it has robots shooting humans?
"no need for crystal blocks" - What?
"good job on golden apples" - Don clearly has no idea what he's talking about.
"COMPLETE RIPOFF of baby animals..." - You want a complete skin of a baby anima just for a one-minute-long trivial procedure?
"goop, No..." What goop?
"Breeding: stupid" Not in the slightest. Leather armor farms? Infinite pork? How about an endless supply of brown of blue wool, the rarest of wool colors?
"Glossy armor..." What glossy armor? Don really needs to be more specific.
"New sounds. Cool" All of a sudden Don has gained reasonable grammar.
"Ender realm: Pointless!" Did anyone say that about the Nether? Alright, I'm sure people might have, but the Nether is chock full of good shit. Strong light sources, quick sand, and infinite fire.
"Ender dragons: No" Now he's just going to say one worded responses and not explain why, and same thing toward the next two lines.
"We already have a fishing rod." Why, we're getting another fishing rod?
"My brewing stand-" Stop right there. Notch specifically stole your exact same textures, your enchanting table, and your brewing stand? I'm not even sure a person of such retardation could make textures, let alone a mod, let alone 4 fucking games.
"*OH, I'M POISONED! I'LL DRINK MILK*" Not only does it make a use for milk besides cake, but it makes sense in a way. Milk is a popular remedy for burn of spicy food, it is also a natural medicine for other shit. Also, this is Minecraft, you can't go to hell by lighting up a ring of rock. You can't make a wooden pick axe, or a sword out diamond. You can't expect a world made of blocks to be real-world precise.
"Negative potions: WTF?" That's like asking "Why can you die in Minecraft"? There's got to be a penalty. You can't win a gamble all the time. But on the bright side, you can use them as weapons and chuck them at mobs when you throw a gunpowder into the mix.
"Snow golems. Same thing as wolves but worse" Alright, this is the opposite of what he's been saying. This is "same effect = same thing". These are alright. They can make a snow factory if you dig up their trail, and if you manage to bring one to the Nether, you can own Blazes with them and use them as a diversion. They're only good if you use them correctly.
"1 use for ender pearls? I wanna use it more than once!" I'm confused. Do want it to have another utility or do you want to use it more than once? For either question, you can. You can pick the Eyes up after you've tossed them when you're trying to find the stronghold, and you can use them for tracking down the stronghold and opening up the Ender Portal.
"What if I WANT to pick up a glass pane?" Jesus Christ, you can! Youcanyoucanyoucanyoucan, YOU CAN! My God, my sanity is dropping by the second...
"no good reason to have HARDCORE MODE." Yes there is. If players want a challenge and a more realistic experience, they'll play it. It's pretty fun because of the threat.
"Mushroom biomes are the most retarded things ever." Look who's talking. You know how much mushroom soup you could make by chopping those mushrooms down?
"I DON'T WANT GRAY WATER IN MY SWAMPS. GREEN ATLEAST PLEASE." It's darker blue to make it look muggy. Problem?
"You SAID PIGMAN VILLAGERS! NOT CAVEMAN SQUIDWARDS!!!" This I can agree on, but at least say it in a more civilized manner.
"My point is you are stealing from LOTS OF MODS..." Not really. Only form your mod for all I know might not even exist.
And everything from there is absolute bullshit.

Point is, what Don is saying is so full of shit, you could smell it through the monitor. What's worse is some people in the right mind are agreeing with him. But everyone has their opinions, and if you want to get unreasonably pissed at new features that expand the game ten fold, than so be it.

I have to take a nap. That grammar is starting to get to me.
