Host recommendations?

So, since the beginning of my server we have used fluctis as our host. It works for us fine, but the support just slowly became god awful. As well as the control panel being kinda crap. We were tired of this stuff and we need a new host. Currently were paying $100 quarterly for 4gb of RAM, and we have about $210 in our bank currently, people are continuing to donate slowly so that total will grow. Does anyone know of a good host that can give us a similar deal?
