Hostile Mobs Spawn Problems

Well, I have a problem in my world it doesn't spawn hostile mobs after 20 min at AFK, it's a big problem when I want to build and use a mob farm like a Witch's Farm or A Guardian's Farm, because that kind of Farms use Natural Spawn.

Can you help me with a code or something? I´m not especially good with minecraft codes...

I play in 1.8.8 and i started my Survival map in 1.7.10

If you don't move around, mobs won't spawn within I think 20 something blocks, or in general not close.

I know that, 24 blocks.


But if you search in the Internet, you will going to found so much AKF Farms. But in my world After 20 min at AFK the mobs make dispawn and don't spawn other mobs
