How did you get into Minecraft

I wanted to ask what got you into Minecraft ? i got into minecraft by watching Seananners's videos i thought that game looked really really lame ,but just to play it i played it i still thought it was lame until about three weeks then i loved it and played it daily for hours, that was the first game that NEVER got boring for me

i actually got into minecraft because i aws looking for a game that you can change the environment and gmod wasnt doing it for me then i stumbled on jx23's videos and i thought he was funny and i wanted to try the game then i found out that i had to pay so i watched as many minecraft videos that i could to fuel my addiction then a couple of months later i bought the game

In Minecraft 1.2_01 i saw my friend building a gigantic TNT tower in a server and I was like oh Sh** i NEED this game. a bit later a creeper happened to walk by....
