hello everyone, I think you will think this is a dumb question but i am new so...... how do you make a mod or a texture pack or a skin? I was wondering this for like about a week so it would be great if you guys replied. Anyone???? Please!!!!!!

theres many websites that provided with costumizables texture pack and skins
e.x:Painterly and Miners Need Cool Shoes
you can make a mod with minecraft coder pack (or shorten as MCP)
