Hey guys, gltch here.

Recently, I've been looking through the forums out of pure boredom, and because sometimes I might want to see if there are any building jobs available. What I've seen really upsets me.

An example of what I'm talking about is this:

IGN: gltchmstr
Skype: π
Age: x
Building skills /10: 10
Proof of builds: I dont have any but I'm a really good builder
Anything else?: I'm a really good builder you should trust me dont take the fact that I'm level 1 with no projects into consideration I am really good with World Edit and I am the best builder ever

The part that upsets me the most is when the people ACTUALLY TRUST THEM

People, If you're going to say you're a great builder, have proof. If you were applying for a job, would you say that you are fit for the job but not give the company any information about anything you've done in the past? If you would do that, they would give the job to ANYONE else. If you were buying a gun, would you say that the seller should just give it to you and not do any background checks, because you'd say that you will be responsible with it and haven't done anything bad in the past? Applying for a loan from the bank, would you expect the bank to not get any information from you so they can know if you are going to pay the bank back without any problems?

Another thing that I can't stand is people who say they're amazing at pixel art. It takes NO SKILL WHATSOEVER!! I consider pixel art to be the plagiarism of Minecraft.

My point is, provide proof that you're fit for the job.
