Hey guys! Creeper 1 here with my contest entry for the blog contest. Let's get started!
Steve's past
The world was ravaged by the disease. The fever that would eventually kill you, serpatinia. More than half of the population was deceased because of this disease. But, there was one last thing they could do.
The scientists sat in there lab, contemplating how they would do this. They were creating a savior, another human, that would aid them in getting rid of this disease. They soon created Steve, but something went terribly wrong. When the scientists were taking Steve outside, he caught the fever. As they rushed him back inside and onto a table, he blacked out.
When Steve woke up from his "sleep", he was in an unfamiliar place, and he couldn't remember anything. He looked around for a bit, and then got up. The place he was now in, which used to be the scientists lab, was now a forest of things. Wild animals, plants, and more were in it. Steve walked around looking for an exit. "Where the heck is this exit?" he said. And soon, through the deep vines, he found an exit. When he went outside, everything was a forest. Trees, vines, bushes, whatever it was, it seemed to be there. But then he saw a few human looking things, as they came up to him, they said, "Hello, we are the villagers." At least he found more humans. Steve knew he would have to learn how to survive, so he broke some wood and made a wooden sword. And of course, he kept upgrading his gear.
A Glance at the Future
As Steve walked out of the building he just made, he knew what he needed to do. He was done being the only human besides the villagers, done. As he went into his lab, he had decided to make more Steves, more humans! So, he did this. And when the first clone finished, he added it's personality so it wouldn't be exactly like Steve.
Steve was finally happy, and finally wasn't alone.
