Hey guys! Today I'm going to tell you some tips and trics on being a quality PMC member. These are just a few things that will help your account and maybe some of your work on PMC. I hope you find it informative, and use it. Let's get started, shall we?

1. Upload Quality Work

You're going to hear thins a lot, I know, but it is an essential part of being on PMC. If you're uploading stuff that took you less than an hour or two to make, (Being texture packs, projects, mods, and servers) then it's probably not quality. Obviously blogs and skins don't take that much time, but nobody wants to read a 4 sentence blog, or download a solid colored skin. Just try to make sure you only upload what you feel is quality.

2. Respect Other Members

This one's important. If your posting disrespectful things on other people's posts, then your not being a very good PMCer. Even if the submission isn't quality, you should insult them. Just leave a few tips of constructive criticism or if you can't think of anything, don't comment at all. Like a lot of people say, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all". That phrase works well here, even if it is a bit cheesy.

3. Don't blame higher level members for taking your publicity

I see this a lot. Many of the lower levels upload something, and when it doesn't get many views, they blame it on the popular people for taking their views. That's not true at all. If you upload something good, do whatever you can to make people see it, like posting it on the chat (every 15 minutes of course), posting on blogs, and other things. But don;t blame the popular people. they have just the right to submit work too. And they weren't always popular as well, so it's not your fault.

4. Respect the site

A lot of people will blame the sight for their submissions not getting popular. That's not really true, though I will admit, the fact that the lower level don't get recognized as much as they sometimes should can be a bit annoying, but it's not the site's fault, or the people running it. Don't blame them for it, they are running a massively popular site with thousands of members, so there's not much they can do. just try to upload good stuff and hope for the best.

5. Don't be sad if you don't make the Popular Reel

Most people on PMC would love to make the popular reel. It is a very esteemed honor, and you get loads of publicity with it. This is all explained in my last blog, here. It explains everything about the popular reel and how it works. It also explains why it's so hard to make the reel. So don;t be sad if you don't, just keep trying.
