Hey guys, Have you ever ask for OP, Moderator or Admin on a server and got refuse ? Maybe your method wasn't good or are you just sucking at Minecraft. Anyways. I got the solution! This is the Real way to make yourself be promote in many Minecraft server!
1) You need to understand that you don't need an high rank to be very helpful on a server. Don't log in and instanly say "I WANT OP, MAN!" This is the worst way to ask it by the way. A default member can be way more useful then a moderator, and i'll show you how in this blog.
2) If you want staff to chill around using Worldedit and Creative. Go Away. I don't wanna see you anymore. This is because of guys like you that many server are falling and closing.
3) Make your proof. Show to the owner that you deserve the job. Even if you did not ask it! ;D Bring your idea to the server, make it better! But please, don't ask things like " Can I make a PvP Arena ? " try " Hey guys, maybe a PvP Arena could be great, what about making it out of stone, and round like a romain one. If you need any help building it, I'll be chilling around." I'm assuring you that this way will be way more succesful then asking it like many of you allready did.
4) Many server ask to make an application to become staff. This can look stupid but, don't do it. Make your proof instand of write about your life. Make your proof show what you can do ! This is how you will reach your goal. By showing what you are good at !
5) Let the time do his job, If you want a rank, Don't ask it. If you have followed the step up there, the owner probably noticed that you could be a good staff and put you on the " Future Staff List" That's what we want !
6) And guys, if you really and to play around whit Creative and WorldEdit, Ask the owner to make a world in Creative, where you can use Worldedit, Ask him/her if he/she could add the PlotMe plugins, which make plot and only allow you to use WorldEdit on your own claimed plot. If you don't want to do this, Close this windows and go make your own server following this tutorial .
7) Please guys, once you get the job. Don't be stupid. You can chill around whit Creative and WorldEdit, it is permied, but please just be cool and still do what you have to do. Be cool whit everyone and everyone will be cool whit you. That's how the life work.
I hope that tutorial will have help you. This is the way I work and it way more successful then if i've used the spam and application method.
