1. A Foreword

Dear reader,
This guide is for you to become popular on YouTube. This foreword is not mere confabulation; you are encouraged to read it carefully. Nothing written here has been attested to and all material hereon should be consumed with a vigilant mind. I will not be held liable for any malign repercussions you or anybody else might possibly be afflicted with by way of following and/or reading this guide. This is only a guide, not a panacea for your desires for fame.

Anyways, without further ado, here is the guide...

2. Account creation and inception

The first step is to set up your YouTube channel. One should use a name that inspires in the reader feelings that would be conducive to them navigating to your channel or your content. One should take care to make sure that their name hasn't been registered. If one cannot think of a name, just navigate to another famous YouTube personality that does Minecraft and take a look at their name. There is a certain paradigm that is used throughout the gaming community. Normally, the appendage of numerals at the end is omitted, as this may cause viewers to not remember your channel as well as, let's say, another content producer who has a clear name unadulterated with appended numerals. Also, adding the word Minecraft to your name is prevalent but should be used with caution as it prolongs the time it takes for a viewer to read or type your name.

3. Design and Branding

After coming up with a name, you must make sure that your whole channel is infiltrated and branded thoroughly with your new name. Consider it as a trademark or an immutable element of everything that you produce. I say "element" instead of component, because your name must be thoroughly integrated and not just a nonobligatory figment of thought adulterated by your content. No, your brand must be displayed prominently.

So, wherein?

On your videos, certainly not in the center but not too peripheral either, your brand must appear every second. That is just the visual component. Do not forget to mention your brand name at the beginning and end of every video, if you are doing commentary. This is for auditory people mainly, but also for everybody else who may not be concentrating too earnestly on your brand in the visual element of your content, your videos.

4. Production methods

Use the aforementioned methods described in the third installment of this guide. Make sure that your computer can indeed run Minecraft without any low FPS adulteration. This will cloud the quality and will make viewers navigate away. Use an engaging and vivacious voice to enthrall your viewers. Make your episodes interesting, visually, unless your oratory skills are stellar. If you run out of ideas, look to your other content-maker idols; being inspired by them is nothing new in this industry.

5. A Crash Course on Personality Cults

We can look at many real life examples, both political* and recreational, to conclude that a personality cult is the way to go if you want to both become popular and keep your viewers. Be sure to coin a few terms that are unique to your videos and only you. Keep an eternal theme going. You can also call your viewers an endearing term, as seen in many other content-producers. More daring orators may consider using the second person form to address viewers. If you use a tongue with both formal and informal pronouns, use the informal one (German: du, French/Spanish: tu/tú, etc).

You will have people who despise you. You may just choose to ignore them, as many Youtube content makers do. You may also choose to attack them using ad hominem techniques, which may further polarize your viewers. One must make sure to take caution when dealing with these situations.

*Examples of these include the Kim family of the DPRK, the incumbent and preceding rulers of Turkmenistan, and many other former or current dictatorial countries.

6. An Afterword

I hope you found this useful. Please show gratitude if you did. If you have any success stories, please share. Questions, comments, or concerns? I might address them or just leave a rejoinder :)
