How to breath under water without mods

To do this you should be near ther ocean floor.

Step One: Have a bucket (has to be empty)

Step Two: Right click infront of you

Step Three: Right click on a block

Step Four: Repeat

Another tip [if you don't have a bucket] is to place a torch on a wall at your eye level. The torch will occupy the space making an air bubble before breaking.
