Hey Guys F4TAL Here, This is my first Blog on How I Build Modern, Enjoy!
Well First of All, When I First Start a Build I like to Have a Mini-Model of the Exterior, This gives me an Idea of what it will Sort of Look like.
When Planning You Need To Incorporate all the Useful Aspects Such as,
The Colour Scheme, Material Combinations are a Vital Part of Planning. This makes Your Build Stand out So choose Wisely, Just Keep Experimenting.
The Shapes, Every Modern Build has to Have Shapes, This is what Gives the Build Depth and Dimension, But make sure Your Building has a Feel to It. Remember We don't want it too Cramped.
The Interior, To make your Build more realistic. Include all the Formal Elements you would have in a Normal House For Instance, Kitchen,Lounge,Bathroom,Bedroom etc... And If you have enough Space Include a Few Extras To really Spice Up your Build.
The LandScaping, This is a Important aspect of your Build, Because it makes Your Build look more Natural/Realistic. There are Many Ideas For LandScaping, Here is Just a Few Suggestions; Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi Area Or even A pond with some SugarCane Around It. Just Be Imaginative (Think Outside the Box)
