- Download the skin of your choice, or make your own.
- Save it to a place you will remember.
- Go to minecraft.net.
- (YOU MUST HAVE a Minecraft premium account) Go to profile.
- Go to change skin.
- Upload the skin you want.
- Run Minecraft.

all you need a archive program like WINrar or 7zip
first download your skin
next:rename the skin file char(or char.png if it dosent have the picture icon)
next open up minecraft jar
go to mobs
search for char.png and delete it
then drag you downloaded charter into the mobs folder and your done :D
