Hi, My names Sam and in this Blog i am going to tell you how to create a minecraft server on your pc!!

This first totorial is how to make a NON Plugin Servers.
The First step is to go to
https://minecraft.net/download
and download the "minecraft_server.1.8.9.JAR"

Then Create a folder were you want you minecraft logs to be kept like your destop.
Then drag the minecraft_server1.8.9.exe into that folder,Next we will need to create a Run.bat file (console).
In the folder you created right click and create a new text document (.txt)

Then right click the the text document and click edit and paste this into it.

java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.1.8.9.jar nogui.

To make it so your freinds can join you will need to port "25565" unless you changed it in the server config
