Open your downloaded map and find all the things in there like level.dat and region and copy all of it! Next, type in your start search %appdata% and click roaming. Open it up and look for .minecraft then saves. Right click and look for new and make a folder. Name it and then open it up. Copy everything into the new folder and that's it.
