How to Download and Save any Minecraft Map on Windows and Mac

1. Press the WINDOWS KEY and R at the same time. A window called RUN should pop up.
2. In the RUN box type, %appdata%. You should see a folder at the very top called .minecraft
3. Open the .minecraft and find the SAVES folder. Install the MAP you wish to install!
4. Unzip the zip file (USE WINRAR) or EXTRACT HERE or EXTRACT TO. Then copy the world file [MAKE SURE IT IS THE WORLD FILE AND NOT THE FILE THAT IS CONTAINING THE WORLD FILE] and past it into the saves folder.

1. Head to the menu bar - which is located at the top of your screen, where the apple logo is placed at the top left-hand corner.
2. Hover your cursor over Go.
3. Then open Computer.
4. The Finder Window should appear.
5. Once in the Finder Window, navigate to Macintosh HD.
6. Open Macintosh HD.
7. Open Users.
8. Open Your Name.
9. Open Library.
10. Somewhere at the top of the list, you should see a folder called Application Support.
11. Open the Application Support folder.
12. Open minecraft.
13. Open Saves.
14. Place the World file into the Saves folder, and you’re all set, enjoy your New Minecraft Map!
