u don`t wanna get a mod or u don`t know how to make them work for your sprinting well here u go





in minecraft 1.6.1 press f6 exit out then type in %appdata% in the windows thing. if u see roaming click on it. then go to .minecraft. go to bin. if u see minecraft.jar delete it click on force update in the 1.5.2 insteller then go back to the 1.6.1 minecraft hold shift and f6 at the same time for 10 seconds then you are done hope u enjoy
